Bull HN Information Inc. Multicultural Engineering Scholarship Fund
The Bull HN Information Inc. Multicultural Engineering Scholarship fund was established in 1999 to support students who are majoring
in electrical or computer science engineering. Students must also have achieved junior status (within 60 credit hours of graduation),
have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (4.0=A) in engineering credits at the time of application, and have participated in the
Multi-cultural Engineering Program (MEP).
Delia Gonzales Martinez Memorial Engineering Scholarship
The Delia Gonzales Martinez Memorial Engineering Scholarship fund was established in 1992 to support students who have financial need
as determined by NAU Office of student Financial Aid, are majoring in an academic discipline within the college, and have a 2.5 GPA or
higher. Students must also be enrolled full-time. Preference will be given to students who are female and Hispanic or Native American.
Intel Engineering Scholarships
The Intel Engineering Scholarship fund was established in 1999 to support students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents,
majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial
Engineering, and have a cumulative grade point average of a 3.0 or higher. Preference will be given to a student from an underrepresented
population or to students participating in NAU’s Multicultural Engineering program, and preference will be given to students with
Financial Need. Overall academic excellence and academic excellence related to the major field, verbal and written communications skills,
interpersonal skills and demonstrated interest and aptitude for, and potential future success in, science or engineering career will be
important.
Lisa L. Bagwell Engineering Scholarship
The Lisa L. Bagwell Engineering Scholarship fund was established in 1996 to support students majoring in engineering. Preference is
given to female students majoring in engineering who have junior status or above, who have a GPA of a 2.5 or better, who have been
active in engineering clubs/organizations and participate in other on campus student organizations, and who have demonstrated leadership
ability. Any determination of financial need, if applicable, must be made by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
Navajo Scrubber Project Participants Scholarship Endowment
The Navajo Scrubber Project Participants Scholarship Endowment fund was established in 1998 to support students with an academic
interest in the engineering profession, who have a grade point average of a 3.0 or higher, and have demonstrate financial need as
determined by the Office of Student Financial Aid.
The Robert Brocksbank Memorial Award Fund
The Robert Brocksbank Memorial Award fund was established in 1996 to support students in the American Indian Science and Engineering
Society (AISES).
